More Than A Stay — An Adventure In The Mountains
Mountain Magic is the adventure arm of the family behind Kaansya Resort. Operating at two locations near Snow View Point and Charkhet, it gives guests — especially families — a reason to extend their hill escape by a day or two.
Think go-karting at altitude through pine forest, not generic theme park rides. Ziplines over real valleys, not parking lots. A 360-degree viewpoint that has become one of the most photographed spots in Uttarakhand.

Every activity is set within the natural mountain landscape — no artificial arenas, no concrete parks. The forest, the altitude, and the views are part of the experience.
Go-Karting
Banked tracks winding through pine forest at 7,000 feet. Multiple kart sizes for adults and children — including junior karts for little racers. The course runs about 800 metres with sharp hairpin turns and elevation changes that make it one of the most scenic karting experiences in India.
Zipline & Ropes Course
High-altitude zipline courses with valley panoramas and multi-level rope challenges. The main line stretches over 300 metres across a deep valley with views of the greater Himalayan range on clear days. Kids love the ropes course — it's challenging but fully supervised.
ATV & Off-Road Trails
Off-road ATV trails through forest paths and rugged mountain terrain. Routes range from gentle introductory loops perfect for first-timers to longer forest circuits for experienced riders. Tandem rides available for younger adventurers with an adult.
Tower 360° Panoramic Viewpoint
The famous Charkhet observation deck — an uninterrupted 360-degree view of the Himalayan ranges, Nainital town, and the surrounding valleys. Kids love spotting peaks through the telescopes. One of the most photographed spots in the entire Nainital district.

The primary Mountain Magic location sits near Snow View Point at Kilbury. Set among tall pine and deodar forest, it offers the widest range of adventure activities with mountain views that stretch to the Himalayan peaks on clear days. Most guests spend 3–4 hours here.

Charkhet — 360° Point
The second Mountain Magic location at Charkhet is famous for its uninterrupted 360-degree panoramic view. The viewpoint deck has become one of the most visited spots in the Nainital district. Additional ride facilities and a food court make it a half-day destination.

Getting There Is Easy
Ask at the front desk and we’ll arrange transfers to either location. We recommend a half-day visit — morning slots are quieter with better visibility. Group rates and family packages are available when booked through the resort.
