Mountain Magic is the adventure property operated by the same family behind Kaansya, spread across two stunning locations: Kilbury (near Snow View Point) and Charkhet at 360-degree viewpoint. Two Locations, One Adventure Brand
The Kilbury location sits at Snow View Point and features go-karting tracks that wind through pine forest, zipline courses with valley views, and a family-friendly activity park. The second location at Charkhet offers the famous 360-degree panoramic viewpoint — one of the most photographed spots in Nainital district — along with additional ride and food court facilities.
Both parks are operational year-round except during heavy snowfall periods. Peak season runs April through June and October through December. The drive from Kaansya takes approximately 15–20 minutes depending on traffic conditions.
Activities Available
Go-karting on banked forest tracks, zipline and rope courses, ATV rides for older children and adults, a children's play zone with trampolines and obstacle courses, and food courts serving local snacks and hot beverages. The upcoming season will also introduce a new restaurant near the Snow View location, adding sit-down dining with panoramic views to the Mountain Magic experience.
How To Visit From Kaansya
Kaansya guests can arrange transfers to either Mountain Magic location through the front desk. We recommend allocating a half-day for the visit — morning slots tend to be quieter with better visibility. Group rates and family packages are available when booked through the resort.
